Prince George’s County, Maryland, offers towing service license bond form online

Prince George’s County, Maryland, made its towing service license bond form available for online download for the first time last week. The license bond is required of towing services that work in the county. By purchasing the bond, towing services agree to fully comply with licensing regulations as outlined in Prince George’s County Code Sec. 5-268.01. In lieu of a Maryland surety bond, the county might allow a towing service to file a $10,000 cash deposit.
