What’s the fine print?
Private school agent bonds in Alabama remain in full force and effect. The principal’s permit lasts for one year, but the bond remains continuous until canceled. The surety can cancel the bond by giving written notice of cancellation to the Department of Postsecondary Education at least 30 days prior to the effective cancellation date.
