This bond must expire on the last day of February of even years. All bonds will remain in full effect during the term unless canceled by the surety. If the surety chooses to cancel this bond, a written cancellation notice must be sent to the principal and City of New York Department of Consumer Affairs 60 days prior to the proposed cancellation date.
