Step 3: Purchase your Arizona wholesale motor vehicle dealer bond.

Arizona Statutes Section 28-4362 requires wholesale motor vehicle dealers and wholesale auction dealers file a $25,000 surety bond to get licensed. By purchasing and filing this bond you agree to comply with Arizona statutes while working as a wholesale dealer or wholesale auction dealer.
